I was walking home at about 11 PM with 6 cuttings in a propagator inside a bag. I was about 20 yards from my front door when a police car pulls over in front of me, 2 policemen get out and ask me where I am going, I told them I was just going home from a friends house. They said that there had been reports of a burglary in the area, the usual story. One of them asked me to open the bag. My heart was pounding as the adrenaline kicked in, I managed to stay calm and be polite. I said "I only live just over there let me show you." and started walking to my front door. The policemen followed and I rang the doorbell ( I had forgotten my keys ). My girlfriend answered the door and nearly jumped out of her skin. She knew I had left the house with 100 odd cuttings. The policemen asked her if I lived there, she said yes, and the policemen explained about the burglary, etc. They apologised and I thanked them for being so vigilant.

If I had been even just a bit further from my house that would have been it. They would have caught me with plants and found my hydro setup. If you have to move cuttings I would strongly recommend doing it during the day.
